Patterson Tanner

Government Affairs Associate

Patterson Tanner serves as the government affairs associate at Philanthropy Roundtable. Previously, she spent a year and a half on Philanthropy Roundtable’s development team.

Before joining the Roundtable, Patterson worked as a political assistant for the North Carolina Republican Party, in communications with the National Council for Adoption and on the outreach team for the John Locke Foundation. Patterson graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in public policy. At Carolina, Patterson was a Buckley Public Service Scholar, an intern for the North Carolina Study Center and president of UNC women’s club soccer team. She is a proud Raleigh, North Carolina native.
