Jazmien Manoukian

Program Associate

Jazmien (“Jazy”) Manoukian is the program associate at Philanthropy Roundtable. In this role, she conducts research and compiles analysis to support the values-based giving advisory and services work of the Roundtable. She also supports the written and event related content for the Roundtable’s donor community.

Jazy attended Patrick Henry College, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in government. She has a diverse background in advocacy and think-tank organizations, where she conducted policy research and wrote extensively to support humanitarian aid and civic causes.

She previously served as a research assistant for the Philos Project’s Save Armenia Initiative, where she advocated and lobbied for humanitarian crises in the Southern Caucasus. Additionally, Jazy has contributed to public policy efforts, including K-12 education reform and freedom preservation, through her work with Gingrich360.
