Philanthropy Roundtable is seeking a Marketing Associate to assist the Roundtable’s marketing team with digital communications and promotional efforts via our web, email and social media platforms. We are seeking an enthusiastic problem-solver and innovator who loves to think outside the box, nerd out on emerging digital trends, and get their hands dirty in a fast-paced environment.

This junior-level role will report to the Director of Marketing and contribute to the Roundtable’s overall digital strategy by executing on various marketing campaigns and strategic communications. A key responsibility for this position will be helping ensure the Roundtable’s digital content is timely, accurate and visually compelling.

Philanthropy Roundtable is seeking a Development Operations Associate to assist the Roundtable’s development team with donor relationships and database management. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who would thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support a mission-driven fundraising team.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Engagement, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support high-impact fundraising efforts. A natural curiosity and the initiative to learn and adapt to new systems, particularly within CRM platforms like Salesforce, will set them up for success.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this supports the Policy and Government Affairs team with administrative and external affairs duties including building relationships with key stakeholders, tracking deliverables, drafting talking points, writing blog posts/op-eds, and monitoring committee hearings. This role will also lead the Roundtable’s Free to Give campaign; this entails finding and vetting organization partners, drafting interview questions, and compiling responses into a blog format.
